Civic Council – Talks across Europe

Leading international artists and thinkers discuss with local citizens in Palermo, Warsaw, and Amsterdam whether a European cultural identity or demos exists and what what should be done for our pan-European democracy and policymaking. On 7 June, the final day of the Forum on European Culture, the contributors will take the stage to present for all Europeans their concrete recommendations like only artists can.
