Boudewijn Poelmann

Boudewijn Poelmann (1949, the Netherlands) is co-founder and CEO of Novamedia, the originator and founder of the Dutch National Postcode Lottery, which was launched in 1989 to raise money for charity organisations that work to create a fairer greener world. Poelmann holds BA’s in Marketing and Political Sciences. Before establishing Novamedia he worked with DAF and Oxfam Novib, the Dutch branch of the organisation for international development aid. He is also one of the founders of Independent Media, which became the second largest publishing house in the Russian Federation.
