Madi Maxwell-Libby (UK) is an award-winning spoken word artist. She makes political physical comedy and spoken word. She won the Roundhouse Poetry Slam in 2016. She writes pieces on topics such as austerity, Brexit and capitalism for radio and theatre. She is currently developing her first solo show, MASSIVE SENSE OF URGENCY as a Resident Artist at the Roundhouse in which she tries to understand our economic system, the neoliberal agenda, and why she doesn’t have a copy.
