Ray Yeates (Ireland) is Dublin City Arts Officer. Yeates is an important figure in theatre. In 1992 he moved to New York, where he taught, acted and was director of different theaters. As an actor, he toured different countries, the UK, Belgium, and Poland. In his current position, he is responsible for the continued development of the arts in the city of Dublin.
