Tiit Ojasoo & Ene-Liis Semper (1977 & 1969, EE) are an Estonian theatre director and interdisciplinary artist that together are the founders and artistic directors of Theatre NO99. Together they have changed Estonian theatre and have received considerable acclaim for their work across Europe. They received international attention for their theatrical performance NO75 Unified Estonia: the creation of a fictitious hyperpopulist political movement that was taken for real by the whole Estonian society and that culminated in a founding party convention that housed 7000 spectators. Their new performance Die Stunde da wir nichts voneinander wussten will be played for the first time in the Netherlands as the opening of the Holland Festival 2016.
